CX Studios operates baylily. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website, Agency app, Caregiver app, Family app, and related services, or communicate with us.

When a home care agency uses baylily to manage information on your behalf, we process that information to provide services to the agency. The agency’s own privacy notices and responsibilities also apply. Contact your agency first about changes to its care records or access permissions.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: names, email addresses, phone numbers, account details, inquiries, support messages, and information submitted through contact, demo, or subscription forms when available.
• Care and service information: information entered by authorized users, including intake responses, care needs, health-related details, caregiver profiles, preferences, schedules, visit notes, and documents or transcripts submitted to the services.
• Technical information: device and browser details, IP addresses, access logs, and information about how the services are used.
• Communication preferences: subscription choices, SMS opt-in and opt-out records, and related consent information.

Please submit information about another person only when you have permission or another lawful basis to do so.

How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain baylily, manage accounts and authorized access, support intake and care coordination, process requests, communicate about services, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

SMS privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver and support our messaging services.

Children & other websites

baylily is intended for adult users and authorized care professionals, not for children to create accounts themselves. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us.

Third-party websites linked from our services have their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern those websites.
