About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the baylily website, Agency app, Caregiver app, Family app, and related services operated by CX Studios. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

If your organization has a separate written agreement with CX Studios, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms. You must have the authority to act for any organization or person on whose behalf you use the services.

Accounts & acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and information you are authorized to access. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use baylily unlawfully, upload content you have no right to share, interfere with the services, bypass security controls, introduce malicious software, or access another person’s information without authorization. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

Care coordination & AI-assisted features

baylily provides tools for communication and care coordination. The software does not replace professional judgment, clinical advice, or an agency’s responsibility to verify information and arrange appropriate care.

AI-assisted outputs, including summaries, form suggestions, recommendations, and estimates, may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before use. Quotes and scheduling information are subject to confirmation by the relevant agency and any applicable service agreement.

Do not use baylily or its messaging program for emergencies. Contact emergency services when urgent help is needed.

Your content & our services

You retain your rights in information and content you submit. You authorize CX Studios and its service providers to process that content as necessary to operate and support baylily, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

The baylily software, branding, and website materials belong to CX Studios or their respective owners. These terms allow you to use the services for their intended purposes; they do not transfer ownership of those materials.

baylily SMS program

When you opt in to the baylily SMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to your interactions with baylily, such as responses to inquiries, account and service notifications, scheduling updates, and reminders. Any promotional messages require the applicable consent. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity, requests, and service notifications.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to a baylily message to unsubscribe from that messaging program. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. To receive messages again, opt in again through the applicable signup process.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@cxstudios.io.
• Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier coverage and other conditions outside our control.
• Privacy: Please read our Privacy Policy, including how we protect mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data.

Provide a phone number you are authorized to use and notify us if that number changes. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your account or services; you may need to use other available communication channels.

Availability & third-party services

We work to keep baylily useful and available, but features may change and access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. Third-party services and linked websites may have their own terms.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to any separate written agreement, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free results.

Responsibility & limitations

You are responsible for how you use the services and for reviewing information before acting on it. To the extent permitted by law and subject to any separate written agreement, CX Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the services evolve. Revised terms will appear on this page with an updated effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use following an update is subject to the revised terms, as permitted by applicable law.
